Civil Mediation Fees
$75, if the party provides proof that they make less than $12,000 per year.
The UMC will as a matter of course reschedule a mediation on one occasion at no charge to the parties. Thereafter a rescheduling fee of $50 from each party is required before the UMC will reschedule.
Reschedules
Refunds will be allowed (less $25 scheduling fee) if a mediation is not held provided however if a party fails to participate in mediation he or she shall not be entitled to any refund.
